By engaging Truss Industries for design services, the client acknowledges and agrees that Truss Industries shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the manufacture, installation, use, or performance of any product derived from the supplied designs. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Truss Industries, its directors, and employees from all such claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal costs), whether direct or consequential, resulting from or related to the use, modification, or implementation of the provided designs.
